Promising talent in the vegetable sector invited for Master Course

Jungle Talks is inviting talented managers in the international vegetable sector to sign up for a Pro Manager Master Course. Earlier this month Jungle Talks, in close cooperation with Dutch companies Ridder Growing Solutions, Imagro, Klasmann-Deilmann, Bom Group, Berg Hortimotive and Koppert Biological Systems, organised a similar course for the floriculture sector.The international master courses are aimed at promising managers between the ages of 25 and 40 with a minimum of 5 years’ working experience in a management position within a future-proof production company. During their stay in the Netherlands, these young managers will visit top companies in the Dutch horticultural sector.
From 27 January to 9 February, the Pro Manager Master Course Vegetables will concentrate on the international vegetable sector. The top 20 candidates to apply will be selected for an intensive training programme for a period of two weeks. The partnership with top Dutch companies in the horticultural sector, guarantee a high level programme that gives participants ample opportunity to network at CEO level with horticultural leaders in the Netherlands. Following the visits, meetings, inspirational sessions and feedback from peers and leading CEOs in the vegetable sector, participants will return to their countries and companies ready to make a difference.
