Target
The eggs are an alternative food source for both the adults and nymphs of the predatory bugs Macrolophus pygmaeus and Dicyphus hesperus when whitefly is absent. This helps the predatory bugs to build up a population in the absence of the pest.

Introduction
- introduce the eggs from the first Macrolophus pygmaeus
Storage and handling
- leave bottle with lid closed to acclimatize in glasshouse to prevent condensation inside. This avoids the formation of lumps of eggs.

- storage temperature: 8-10°C/47-50°F

- Remarks
- Because the eggs are sterilized, no larvae will develop and so there is no danger to the crop.
