On 22 April millions around the world honour Earth Day, the annual event designed to demonstrate support for environmental protection.

This year’s Earth Day theme is ‘Restore Our Earth’, which focuses not only on the need to reduce people’s impact on the planet as we recover from the effects of the pandemic, but also on how people can play a role in repairing the damage done.
