Koppert Canada officially opened their new local facility in Leamington, Ontario, on 4 December. This new building marks a culmination of 25 years of continuous growth and expansion in Canada.
Koppert Canada’s General Manager, Sherry Shaw, welcomed Koppert Board Members and Directors Henri Oosthoek and Rene Ruiter who spoke on the history of Koppert and the endless possibilities for the future.
Leamington was selected as location as it has a high density of greenhouse operations in this region. ‘Making a substantial investment in this region marks our commitment to our customers and employees,’ said Sherry. ‘Our new building will be home to our local sales and technical team and allow us to better serve our customers and offering improved product availability. The building was designed and built with enough space for future expansion and Koppert Canada looks forward to the future.’
