Entonem
Biological control of black vine weevil (Otiorhynchus spp.) needs to start early in the season to have good results. This is the only way to keep the pressure at an acceptable level during the growing season. The beneficial nematodes in our product Entonem are cold tolerant and can already be used from 5 °C, when day and night temperatures fluctuate between 5 and 13 °C (or more).

Proven results
Multiple trials show that Entonem performs well even in a cold temperature range and can reach control of > 60%. Based on available knowledge in literature and our own experience and insights, a team of 7 researchers in the Netherlands and Spain has been working on various nematode research projects.
